Motivate yourself and others to push harder! Get a workout without having a plan as each class is structured with a warm-up, balanced workout and cool down. The instructor shows you proper form to make sure everyone is exercising the right way.

Not confident in the gym? Get the results you want quicker with the expertise of a personal trainer. All programs are tailored to suit your needs and goals.
Sessions can be paid for individually, however discount applies when purchasing more than one at a time.
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
LBA - Legs, Butt, Abs
Mondays - 6pm45 mins
A comprehensive legs/butt/abs workout.
This workout will enhance and tone muscles in common problem areas with an included stretching session. The class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Boot Camp
Tuesdays - 6.30pm45 mins
A series of functional exercises designed to improve core strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness based on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) principles.
This workout will challenge every fitness level using various equipment including Battle-Ropes, Tyres and Kettle-bells.
Box45
Thursdays - 6pm
45 mins
A dynamic fitness experience designed to push your limits and ignite your passion for fitness. High-energy training that blends the art of boxing with heart-pumping cardio exercises.
This class caters to all fitness levels, promising a fun and effective workout that leaves you feeling empowered and accomplished.
TRANSFORMATION PACKAGES
