I have been training with Jacqui at No Limits Fitness for the past 6 1/2 years, in that time I have lost weight, lost centimetres and more importantly my health and fitness levels have improved dramatically. In the past I have joined gyms without achieving any success and was at the point where my health was beginning to suffer.
Personal Training as far as I am concerned is the way to go if you value your health and wish to get the most out of your life. I am now stronger, fitter and most importantly, feel good about myself.
