A series of functional exercises designed to improve core strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness based on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) principles.

This workout will challenge every fitness level using various equipment including Battle-Ropes, Tyres and Kettle-bells.

  • Improve cardiovascular performance/endurance
  • Build lean muscle mass
  • Burn excess calories
  • Improve balance and co-ordination
  • Increase Strength
  • Decrease Cortisol (stress) levels through increased flow of endorphins
