PUMPT


An all over body workout targeting each muscle group using B/bells and D/bells with high repetition.

Designed to strengthen and build endurance concluding with an abs and stretching routine.


(Saturdays, 9am - 60 mins)

Boot Camp


A series of functional exercises designed to improve core strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness based on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) principles.

This workout will challenge every fitness level using various equipment including Battle-Ropes, Tyres and Kettle-bells.

(Tuesdays, 6.30pm - 45 mins)

LBA - Legs, Butt, Abs


A comprehensive legs/butt/abs workout.


This workout will enhance and tone muscles in common problem areas with an included stretching session. The class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

HIIT


HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training is a mix of short and intense bursts of physical activity and quick rest intervals. This training keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.


A quick and convenient workout that's suitable for all fitness levels.

Jac Attack


A pump inspired class featuring the use of barbells and dumbbells with cardio intervals.

Designed to work the whole body and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Great class for those who enjoy weight training in a class format. You can work as hard as you wish to.

Not confident in the gym? Get the results you want quicker with the expertise of a personal trainer. All programs are tailored to suit your needs and goals. Sessions can be paid for individually, however discount applies when purchasing more than one at a time.
